3. Where is your online catalog?
(answer) .. We do not offer an online catalog. The purpose of this web site is to provide our visitors with basic insight. We tell you who we are, what we do, where we are located, and how long we have been in business. We advise you about the various products & services we provide to our customers. 4. Do you deliver to my location? How much does it cost?
(answer) .. Delivery service including costs -- vary -- depending on where you live in Ontario. Click here to view our Delivery Grid for delivery locations. Be aware, we do not ship single ordered items beyond 40km from metro Kitchener-Waterloo.

5. How do I obtain service in my location?
(answer) .. Metro Karges provides in-house Factory Authorized Service for local customers who purchased appliances at our store. We are a self servicing dealer. Our service grid includes the cities of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and some surrounding communities. Service call centre : (519) 743-3623
- If you should live outside of our immediate service area, note that the companies whose products we sell do provide factory service to most locations in Canada and the United States.
- If you should require assistance, our service department can assist you in obtaining service in your region. Call us at (519) 743-3623
- We do not service products purchased at other retailers if they are still under warranty.

6. Can I order parts from your store?
(answer) .. We provide local customers with Factory Direct Parts. Our parts dept. is one of the most recommended sources for parts in mid-western Ontario. We can supply parts for most makes & models, even for older machines.

7. I do not live in central Ontario, can I purchase appliances from you?
(answer) .. Purchases are pick-up only. You will need to supply your own vehicle (truck etc..) to get your appliance purchase safely home. If you wish to purchase appliances from us, give us a call at 1-519-745-4737 or drop by in person at our store location in Kitchener, Ontario.

8. I do not live in central Ontario, do you ship to my location?
(answer) .. NO -- At the present time, we do not provide shipping services to locations outside of our immediate region. Visitors must supply their own vehicle.

American Visitors
9. Can I save money by buying at your store?
Yes -- The current exchange rate difference between the U.S. and Canadian dollars provides some price advantage for American shoppers. At this time, the difference between the Canadian & U.S. dollars is about 20%. Further ..
You may be entitled to other types of savings as well. Currently, U.S. shoppers who purchase in Ontario qualify for a tax rebate from the provincial and federal governments. Your purchase essentially becomes TAX FREE!
Further, if the appliance you purchase was originally manufactured in the United States, you pay no duty when crossing the border back into the U.S.A.

10. How do I place an order with your store? What about delivery?
You may place an order with our store by calling us direct at (519) 745-4737, or you may choose to contact us by email at sales@metrokarges.com
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card (or Cash in Canadian funds only). At the present time, we do not accept American Express or Discovery.
There are certain conditions which must be understood and accepted, before an order can take place. Please review the following :
- You live near a border point in one of the following states ..
Michigan - Ohio - Pennsylvania - New York
- Delivery? .. You are prepared to "pick-up" your purchase on the Canadian side of the border -- at one of the following border points:
- Buffalo, New York / Fort Erie, Ontario : cost $150.00
- Niagara Falls, New York / Niagara Falls, Ontario : cost $150.00
- Port Huron, Michigan / Sarnia, Ontario : cost $200.00
- Detroit, Michigan / Windsor, Ontario : cost $300.00
- OR .. You are prepared to "pick-up" your purchase -- at our store location in Kitchener, Ontario Canada [ see: regional map ]

11. Do you ship appliances to the United States?
(answer) .. NO -- At the present time, we do not provide shipping services to locations outside of our immediate region. Visitors must supply their own vehicle. However, we can arrange to meet you at any one of the "4" border points indicated above in Question #10.

12. What if I require service on my appliances? How do I get this?
(answer) .. The majority of the products we sell are also available in the United States. If you should require service, you can obtain it locally either in your own community or from a larger centre nearby.

13. Do you ship parts to the United States?
(answer) .. NO -- At the present time, we do not ship parts to locations outside of our immediate region. We suggest you contact a supplier locally.
However -- if you purchased your appliances at our store and are having difficulty obtaining parts, our service department will source the parts required and arrange for shipment to your location. An additional fee or shipping charge may apply.
